Jump Force Update: Pegasus Seiya And Dragon Shiryu Added

Good news for Jump Force fans out there, in the latest Jump Force update, two new characters were added in the ever-evolving Jump Force roster. And this time, the power of the Cosmo is with us as we welcome two new characters from the Saint Seiya series. There is also a new stage introduced, and this time, the stage is based on Mexico.

Jump Force Update: Bandai Namco Adds Pegasus Seiya And Dragon Shiryu

It is now official; we can now play as Pegasus Seiya and Dragon Shiryu in Jump Force. There has been a hint earlier today about the inclusion of Saint Seiya characters when Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe posted a picture of Sao Paolo with a lot of falling stars in the sky. There’s a lot of people who guessed it right just with the clue. Here’s the character trailer if you haven’t seen it yet.

In the preview, Seiya came first and fought against Toguro with his Pegasus Cloth. Next is Shiryu with his Dragon Cloth against Blackbeard. Both of the characters have their Gold Cloths available in what seems to be their ultimate attacks. It is not yet confirmed if the two are the only ones who will enter the game representing Saint Seiya. But by the look of things (and with a lot of series still missing in the game), they might just be the only representative for Saint Seiya.

With the addition of Seiya and Shiryu, a total of 8 series is confirmed to be in Jump Force. Dragon Ball Z got Goku, Frieza, and Vegeta. Bleach got Ichigo, Aizen, and Rukia. One Piece got Luffy, Zoro, Blackbeard, Sabo, and Sanji. Naruto got Naruto and Sasuke. Hunter X Hunter got Gon, Hisoka, Killua, and Kurapika. Yugioh! got Yugi Muto, and Yu Yu Hakusho got Yusuke and Toguro. Story characters include Ryuk and Light from Death Note. Akira Toriyama’s character designs are also included: Glover, Navigator, Galena, and Kane.
