Mob Psycho 100 Season 2 Release Date And Key Visual Released

The release date, as well as another new key visual, for the second season of Mob Psycho 100 was announced recently. The official release date for the series was announced last Friday during the Anime NYC event. In addition, a neck-twisting new key visual was released which shows new and old characters that will be appearing in the second season.

Mob Psycho 100 Season 2 Release Date

Mob Psycho 100 season 2 release date was given earlier this year, but with no specific day. Recently, during the Anime NYC event, the panel for Mob Psycho 100 season 2 revealed that the anime will premiere on January 7, 2019, in Japan, as per the anime’s official Twitter account. ABC TV will also premiere the series on January 10, 2019. Here’s the first trailer for those who haven’t seen it yet.

There is also a new upside down visual released in the event last Friday. The key visual shows old characters, notably Teru, the Body Builder Club, Ritsu, and the guy that we saw in the last episode of the first season. There are also new characters that will make the Mob’s life difficult or easier. In case you missed Mob, he’s near Teru and is sitting between two buildings. A pre-screening for Mob Psycho 100 season 2 is also scheduled to happen during the Anime NYC event.

It seems like Mob Psycho 100 season 2will start in the Mob’s Girlfriend Mini-Arc where *spoilers ahead* Mob will try to be the student council president in order to impress Tsubomi. However, there will be more trouble than Mob expected, and it would be too late before he realizes that he was rumored to be having a girlfriend. The second season seems to be the last season for the series as the manga already ended. ONE’s other manga series, One Punch Man, is also expected to come next year in April.
