CW’s Charmed Now Available on Netflix

Charmed as we know is a famous television series from the 1990s. This new reboot of the series is being made by CW and its quite a nice show to watch. It is based on Charmed by Constance M. Burge. Some of the cast of the show includes Madeleine Mantock, Melonie Diaz, Sarah Jeffery, Ellen Tamaki, Ser’Darius Blain, Rupert Evans, etc.

The season one of the series is now officially complete and the season one has a total of 22 episodes. The shooting of season one has been done in Vancouver, British Columbia. Cinematography is being handled by Tami Reiker. The series started to air back on 14 October 2018. This series much like other CW series’ is based on supernatural powers. It is an intriguing series and here is the plot of the story:

The story starts off with two young girls and their mother, soon their mother is murdered and then the duo sisters get to know they have an older sister which is their half-sister in reality. She was kept a secret by their mother. When the trio gets together they get mysterious magical powers. All three of them have unique individual powers. The eldest sister Macy has the power of Telekinesis, the next one Mel has the power to freeze time and the youngest one Maggie has the power of reading the thoughts of other people.

The three are known as the Charmed Ones and are witches. At first, they’ll not accept it but ultimately they will accept their destiny of being witches and then embark on a journey to save human beings from demons equipped with superpowers.

There are some major changes in the reboot series like Mel is not straight anymore and is now a lesbian, the setting of the series is also changed altogether, Maggie now has the power to read people’s thoughts instead of premonition. Melonie Diaz plays Melanie, Madeleine Mantock plays Macy, Sarah Jeffery plays Margarita, Ser’Darius Blain plays Galvin Burdette, etc.

It is nice to know now this new great impressive series is now available to easily stream from Netflix application. The second season is set to be produced as well. This new season will release later this year on CW network.
