Dr Stone Anime Added To Simuldub List By Funimation

Dr Stone anime is about to launch in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Funimation has added it to the list of its Simuldub list. This means that the English dubbed versions of Dr Stone anime will air online almost simultaneously with the Japanese anime version which is great for the English speaking audience in United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Dr Stone anime will air from July next month so all the Dr Stone manga fans will be pretty damn excited about this upcoming anime. As we know that the story of Dr Stone focuses on a world which has been petrified and everyone has been converted to stone and thousands of years have passed. Some of the stones then turn back to humans which are Senku and Taiju.

Then they make a formula to revive others. They decide to revive their old classmate Tsukasa but he doesn’t want any old fellas to be bought back to life so he breaks the stone statues. Later after Hyuga’s attack Tsukasa realises his mistake and joins Senku in his cause.

Senku’s aim us to find the source of petrification. In order to do this they need more humans and also they need a ship to cross the ocean.

Senku believes on the other side of the sea they will find the source of petrification. So, this amazing adventure starts. The manga has crossed the hundred chapter mark now long ago and it is about time that the anime should be introduced.

Here is some of the confirmed cast of the anime Yūsuke Kobayashi as Senku, Makoto Furukawa as Taiju, Yūichi Nakamura as Tsukasa, Gen Sato as Chrome, Ayumu Murase as Ginro, Tomoaki Maeno as Kinro, etc. The trailer of the anime has been out for some time now and it looks absolutely amazing.

This news of the anime getting Simuldub by Funimation in English is absolutely awesome for the English fans of Dr Stone.

Most of us anime lovers prefer the English subbed version to the dubbed one. The anime is scheduled to have 24 episodes in season 1.
