Evan Peter’s Will Not Be Part of American Horror Story Season 9
Evan Peters while on the red carpet at Wondercon told media that he won’t be a part of “American Horror Story” season 9. It’s pretty shocking and disturbing for fans to even digest that they won’t see him in season 9. This is being considered a huge deal and the news itself is being hyped big, probably because Peters had a regular involvement since season 1 until the latest season.
However, while being interviewed for his latest movie X-Men: Dark Pheonix he was asked if he’ll ever be seen in “American Horror Story” upon which he replied, “yes, absolutely”. Which gives us a notion that he might consider returning to the show, kinda good news for Peters fans? Yes?. However, it doesn’t give us a confirmation on his return to the show but at least he didn’t say he won’t be returning ever.
It’s kind of comforting to hear from him. Though, in his interviews he has been pretty direct and straightforward about how he thinks about working in the “American Horror Story”, he had said earlier that it takes a toll on his mental health, playing dark roles and it gets difficult for him to escape the character even in real life. Peters we assume has a lot of other projects to stay busy with like he has a movie coming on its way X-Men, which is assumed to be a gigantic hit.
He previously played roles in X-MEN: apocalypse, X-MEN: Days of future past, and let’s not forget his cameo in Deadpool 2.
Anyway, as of now not much of season 9 is known, however, we are sure that Emma Roberts and Gus Kenworthy are officially part of the cast for season 9. The duo will be playing on-screen couple for the upcoming season of the said TV series.
Now that we know for sure that Evan won’t be a part of season 9, let’s hope that the other regulars like Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates and lily rabe return for this season. It’ll be a real treat for our eyes to see our favourites back at it. Meanwhile, Jessica Lange will be returning to the show after a long spell of absence from the show.
Cast returning and being absent from the show is a day to day thing and we surely mustn’t lose heart over it. However, we can’t deny that American Horror Story would be missing a crucial character this season and we certainly don’t know if it’ll be same without him or not. But the good news is that confirmation on season 10 has been made, looks like AHS fans are in for real treat.
