Sonic the Hedgehog Release Date Delayed

Sonic the hedgehog is one of the new live-action movies that the fans are dearly waiting to behold. Previously it was confirmed that the movie in Japan will release in December while in United States of America it was going to be release on 08 November 2019 and in the United Kingdom on 26 November 2019.

But after some serious criticism faced from the fans regarding the character design of Sonic, the director himself has taken this into consideration and thus he has revealed that in order to change the character design of Sonic it has been decided to delay the release of the movie. In United States of America now the movie will be released on 14 February 2020.

The actor that has lend his voice to Sonic is none other than Ben Schwartz. Other important cast of the movie includes Jim Carrey, James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Neal McDonough, Natasha Rothwell and Adam Pally. As we know Sonic is a creature that can run insanely fast. This is going to be a movie filled with action and comedy.

The director of this movie is Jeff Fowler. The team of writers of the movie include Oreb Uziel, Josh Miller and Patrick Casey. Paramount Pictures is handling the marketing department of the movie. Here is the plot of Sonic the Hedgehog which I’m sure all of you all like:
As expected the movie is focused on Sonic who is an extraterrestrial being capable of running like DC’s flash making him one of the fastest creatures around.

Sonic is discovered by James Marsden who is the sheriff around the area where Sonic is residing secretly. One day Sonic runs so fast that he robs the city of electricity.

Thus, in order to find the cause of all this chaos government hire Dr Robotnik. Jim Carrey is playing the role of Dr Robotnik and he is the main villain or negative character of the movie.

James Marsden the sheriff helps Sonic in order not to get captured by the evil doctor. This leads to the events that are filled with humour and thus the fans are going to be entertained for as long as the movie is running. From the trailer the character of Jim Carrey does look quite interesting and his natural weird acting promises a lot in the role of Dr Robotnik.
