Anne With An E Season 3: Release Date, Cast, And Episodes

Anne with an E released its second season earlier this year. It was released on Netflix on July 6. The second season had ten episodes in total, which made it longer than the first season. The first season had seven episodes in total. The show has been created by Moira Walley-Beckett. It is actually based on the characters of the Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables.

The show has stayed true to the original story. Well, not entirely but, some of the plot lines have been left untouched. Walley-Beckett has introduced some new themes in the show such as feminism, race, and prejudice. The timeline of the show hasn’t been altered. The show is set in the town of Avonlea on Prince Edward Island, Canada.

The third season of the show has already been confirmed by Netflix and CBC. They have given the green light for the show’s production. So far, there hasn’t been any confirmation about the release date of the third season. All we know is that the third season will be released sometime in 2019. To be specific, it is expected to release in July 2019. Once we have an official release date, we will update this post.
