Batman Arkham Universe: Release Date Rumours

Back in 2015, we received Batman: Arkham Knight, and now we are on the verge of what will be the last Arkham game. It seems that Warner Bros are gearing up for another Batman Arkham game along with the series developer Rocksteady. There have been several posts on Reddit which suggest that the game is going to come out in 2019. It is speculated that the new Batman Arkham game is going to come out for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

The game is going to include the entire Batman family. This includes — Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Batwoman, Nightwing, Catwoman, and, Red Hood. It is also speculated that the game will be at least 1.5 times bigger than Batman Arkham Knight. The story for the game is going to be adapted from the Court of Owls storylines from the comics. The game will also have co-operative gameplay as well. This new game is going to be announced at an Xbox event, XO18. For those of you who don’t know what XO18 is, it is actually an Xbox fan event.

The game is going to be released in fall 2019.

Current Generation: Xbox 1/1X/PS4/PS4Pro/PC

Modes: It will have a Single player, Co-op and Multiplayer mode.

Characters included in the game: Batman, Robin, Batwoman, Catwoman, Red Hood, Batgirl, Nightwing.

The new game will feature a bigger Gotham. The districts and neighborhoods have been revamped for a better experience.

Gotham is now a “living, breathing city.”

You can set time of Day/Weather (Rain, Overcast, Snow)

There are random crimes such as car chases, bank robberies, muggings, and so forth.

The main villain is Court of Owls. The story is inspired from the different Court of Owls storylines. You can use any character in free roam.

Batman will have revamped Batmobile. The Batcave will serve as the main hub for checking out new missions, gadget upgrades and swapping characters.

The game features dual combat. You can take out enemies stealthily alone or with a friend.
