Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker New Poster Revealed

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is going to release later this year and it is bound to have some serious hype around it. The new poster has been revealed and it is showing Rey and Kylo Ren along with the red background. As we saw that finally the new trailer of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was released last month but it did not hint anything major regarding this ultimate movie.

This is going to be the movie that will ultimately be the closure of the trilogy and the Skywalker saga but the trailer was a bit confusing. Thankfully the new poster has given us some hints about what might happen in the story. In the poster, we see Rey and Kylo Ren facing each other and seemingly battling each other’s reflections.

While one is using a blue sword the other one is using a red one. This could be symbolisation of blue representing light and dark sides of forces as we know. There seems to be a water body between the two which is separating them. Now, for some, this poster reveals absolutely nothing but for some, it does reveal at least something.

So, what could this poster signify? This could be a similar concept from the original Star Wars Trilogy in which Luke Skywalker has to battle his inner demons. He had to battle these inner demons continuously. So, it is possible that something similar might be seen in this new movie bit nothing can be said for sure.

Director of this movie J.J. Abrams made it clear that franchise creator George Lucas is closely working with him and has influenced the new movie greatly.

So, we might see some original content being added to this movie in a new way so that fans will have the nostalgia feeling all over again.

As this movie is about to serve as the last movie that is going to be an end of an era now. The Star Wars fans will be pretty excited about this movie coming out but their feelings are going to be sort of mixed ones as in the back of their heads they know that this could be the last movie they’ll get at least for some years to come as franchise can make new movies anytime they want to do so.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be hitting the cinemas in December 2019. This doesn’t seem now a long time to go now. Rey and Kylo Ren are bound to fave each other in this next Star Wars movie.
